In May 2026, the Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) publicly launched the Heritage Revival Fund, a three- to four-year £45 million grants programme focused on historic buildings in town centres in England, funded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
Today, the AHF is pleased to share that it is seeking to commission evaluation consultants to work with us to develop and implement an evaluation framework for the programme.
The consultants will design and deliver a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan that responds to the objectives of the programme and aligns with the AHF’s broader evaluation strategy.
More information can be found in the brief linked below. The deadline for applications is Tuesday 1st September 2026.
