The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has announced the final awards from Round Two of its Community Ownership Fund (COF). The fund was set up to help community groups take control of buildings at risk of being lost and bring them back to life for the benefit of local people.
In total, 52 projects received COF funding in this batch of grants, 11 of which have also benefited from the Architectural Heritage Fund’s (AHF) early-stage advice and support.
The 11 projects in receipt of AHF support, listed below, have collectively been awarded £2,561,730 through Round Two Window Three of the COF.
