The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is delighted to publish its fourth annual Impact Report.
Following the launch of our 2023-28 Strategy last year, we have updated our Evaluation Framework, enabling us to more accurately assess our progress towards our three core strategic aims. This report introduces the new framework, looking at its development, purpose and our hopes for what it will help us to understand going forward.
The report also includes a summary of our grant and loan activity in 2023/24, the initial responses from our revised Longitudinal Survey, and a section looking at how we are working to inspire policymakers, our peers in the heritage and social impact sectors, and other funders to improve the environment for adaptive reuse of historic buildings.
