Sara joined the team in 2026 as England Grants Officer (Midlands), supporting the delivery of the Heritage Revival Fund from her base in the Peak District.
Sara has over 25 years' experience helping charities, community organisations and social enterprises develop projects that deliver lasting impact. Her background spans grantmaking, programme management and organisational development, working with organisations including CAF, Charity Bank, BBC Children in Need and the National Lottery.
At CAF, she designed and delivered programmes combining funding with tailored support to help charities build resilience and grow sustainably. Sara also brings first-hand heritage experience from Chatsworth House, where she secured funding for and led the transformation of two historic estate buildings into vibrant education and community spaces.
