Mandy Hall

Support Officer (Midlands)

Mandy joined the AHF in February 2020 as the Transforming Places through Heritage Programme Officer for the West Midlands. In April 2023, she was appointed as a Support Officer for the Midlands. After obtaining a Masters in Historic Conservation from Oxford Brookes University, Mandy went on to work as an architectural historian before taking on a role as an assistant conservation officer undertaking conservation area appraisals and surveying buildings at risk. For the last ten years, she has specialised in managing heritage led regeneration projects and has successfully delivered three Townscape Heritage schemes within the West Midlands.  In addition to repairing and restoring historic buildings, a key focus of these schemes has been to bring vacant floorspace back into use.  Mandy is passionate about the contribution historic high streets and town centres make towards local character and identity.
