The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is launching a new lending fund - the Heritage Impact Fund (HIF) – later this month. Alongside the Fund we will launch a new business support service to work with organisations we are supporting, RePlan.

The AHF is now seeking a Consultant Project Manager (CPM) to support us to establish and project manage this service. At the heart of RePlan will be the initial provision of a Business Health Diagnostic, enabling the AHF to identify and target further interventions to enable organisations to survive and thrive, supporting the long-term sustainability of organisations involved in managing heritage assets throughout the UK.

The estimated budget for this contract is up to £60,000 with the aim of it supporting the first three years of the service. Please note that the diagnostics and further interventions are separately funded.

We are now inviting responses to the brief, with a submission deadline of midday on 25th February. If you are interested, then in the first instance please contact by email Andy Richardson, Investment Manager, for a copy of the brief.
