All potential grant applicants in England should be aware that our current grant programmes will be closing to new applicants within the next month. Any eligible organisation intending to apply for a Project Development Grant of more than £7,500 must apply by 11th February. Those intending to apply for Project Viability Grants or Project Development Grants of up to £7,500 must apply by 31st January. This marks the end of AHF’s 3-year Growing Community Enterprise Through Heritage programme, funded by the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.

We will be launching our new programmes in England in the summer, following the publication of our new strategic plan for 2019-22. Eligibility criteria and priorities are currently under development but will include funds targeted at projects that will contribute to the delivery of our Transforming Places Through Heritage initiative, funding for which was announced in the 2018 Autumn budget as part of the Government’s Future High Streets Fund.

Please note that current grant programmes in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will remain open for applications as usual.
